About Us
A Brussels-based conference organiser focused on European policy, governance and institutional affairs.
EUConvention was established in 2018 with a straightforward premise: Europe's most pressing policy debates deserve better forums. Too many conferences in Brussels follow the same format — overstuffed agendas, limited opportunities for genuine exchange and audiences that skew towards the already-converted.
We set out to do things differently. Our events are designed around focused themes, curated delegate lists and formats that prioritise dialogue over monologue. We work closely with European institutions, think tanks, universities and industry associations to ensure that our programmes reflect the actual state of policy discussions, not a simplified version of them.
Since our founding, we have organised more than 40 conferences across six European cities, convening over 12,000 delegates from all 27 EU member states and beyond. Our team of approximately 40 professionals handles everything from programme design and speaker liaison to logistics, communications and post-event reporting.
We believe that a well-run conference can genuinely move policy discussions forward. That requires three things: the right people in the room, a programme that respects their expertise and an environment conducive to candid exchange. Everything we do is oriented towards these three objectives.
Each event begins with an extensive scoping phase. We consult with prospective speakers, partner organisations and senior policymakers to identify the precise questions that need addressing — not the broad themes, but the specific points of contention, the unresolved technical details and the political dynamics that shape outcomes.
